Investing in Property

Make Money Work For You

Make Money Work For You
In essence you invest to make money.  Investing in property is highly profitable and in recent years has produced more millionaires than any other industry.   When you are looking at the criteria for a sound investment over the long term, you probably know that property investment beats any other investment.

Do you want to avoid the rat race and make money while you sleep?  How long can you survive without your current salary will determine your financial independence?  Property investment can allow you to escape from the cycle of working, earning and spending to survive.

Do you want to work for money or make your money work for you?

Spend or Invest
Investing is not just a word.  It is a lifestyle.  For years people have spent their hard earned money rather than invested it.  Consider this.  If you had bought a car 5 years ago for lets say £10,000 there little doubt that the value of the car would have depreciated in excess of 50% during that period.  If you had invested £10,000 in property 5 years ago, with the right training, knowledge and investing in properties in the right hotspots, you could have amassed assets in excess of a million pounds.

How can an investment of that size grow to those proportions?  It could be said it’s a combination of understanding and confidence.  It could be argued it is a mindset focused on building wealth.   And they would all be correct.  Now add to that the issue of compound interest, the serious way of building wealth and assets. Property Investment knowledge is key.

Compound Interest: The Real Way to get Rich
Compound interest is the year on year growth of investments.  It is widely considered the key to long-term wealth building.  The interest you gain is just re invested, building further wealth each year.  Is the secret to getting rich the Lottery?  For some lucky individuals maybe, but for those who want genuine wealth, be patient and let your assets increase in value.  You are likely to achieve your financial goals earlier in life this way.  The earlier you begin your property investment strategy, the earlier compounding interest can go to work for you.

Low Returns or High Returns?
Banks and building society savings give low returns on your investment.  Property investment is a long-term method for creating wealth and financial independence.  Whatever your motivation is, you can make huge profits from investing in property.  Whether you want to retire early, put your child through University or just a 2nd income, property investing can provide you with financial freedom and security for your future.  Property investment has made many private investors millionaires.

Power of Hindsight
Over the last 9 years we have seen an upward trend in the housing market. Knowledgeable investors have been able to utilise this to acquire more properties, more equity and more wealth.  However, all over the UK, homeowners have unknowingly made profits simply by living in their homes.

Now imagine if you bought more than one home, rented it so the mortgage payments were covered.  The market was still increasing and you were able to remortgage your property allowing you to buy another property to add to your portfolio.  Now imagine if each property you buy is at a minimum of 15% discount!  How many times could you do this and think of the wealth you could accumulate.  Knowledge is power.  Speak to us at Asset360, we can help you achive this level of investing.

Property Investment Opportunities
A well publicised national shortage of property and changing demographic factors support a continued upward trend in both the demand for rental property and property values.  Examples to support this are individuals living longer, higher divorce rates, more single occupier households and increased job mobility to name but a few,

The number of newly built units is more than 100,000 behind the demand level.  This gap is expected to widen due the housing shortage.  If you are not investing in property, you could be missing a huge opportunity for investing.  Can you afford to miss a large piece of the pie?
